We provide Applied Behavior Analysis in a fun and natural way to transform the lives of children with behavior, social, and communication concerns from early childhood to adolescence. We customize programming based on each child’s specific needs determined by assessments, input from parents, as well as other outside evaluations. Services can include:
• Toilet Training

• Coping and Tolerance Skills
• Social Emotional Development
• Adaptive and Self-Help Skills
• Executive Functioning Skills

Parent training helps your child generalize their skills – taking the skills they are learning to their home, school, and community. During parent training, we focus on providing you with knowledge on behavioral concepts, and strategies to maximize your child’s success and improve quality of life.
We love sharing our empirically-based interventions with others. That’s why we offer consultations and training to schools, therapy facilities, and agencies interested in allowing us to share our knowledge and experience in ABA and other important topics. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) utilize several ABA-based consultation and training methods to help schools improve existing systems or develop systems to improve behaviors of classrooms and individual students. In addition, we help teachers and staff implement effective teaching practices and classroom systems based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
School Direct Support
Gingerly Therapy works with schools open to classroom assistance by members of our team to provide support, make curriculum accessible and inclusive, and ensure every child gets the most out of their education.
Functional Behavior Assessment:
A Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) is a process that identifies specific target behaviors, the purpose of the behaviors, and what factors maintain those behaviors that are interfering with the child’s educational progress and ability to lead a successful life independently.
ABLLS-R: Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills-Revised:
ABLLS-R® has been a very effective-criterion referenced assessment that has allowed parents and Practitioners to track the development of many specific skills of children with developmental delays across 25 repertoires four categories of skills: Basic Language and Learning Skills, Academic, Self Help, and Motor Skills.
VB-MAPP: Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program:
VB-MAPP is a criterion-referenced assessment tool, curriculum guide, and skill tracking system that is designed for children with autism, and other individuals who demonstrate language delays. The VBMAPP is based on B.F. Skinner’s (1957) analysis of verbal behavior, established developmental milestones, and research from the field of behavior analysis.
PEAK: Promoting Emergence of Advanced Knowledge:
PEAK Relational Training System is an empirically supported assessment that allows for an evaluation of the existence of, and deficits in, a wide variety of functional, cognitive, and language abilities. PEAK has been shown to be directly correlated with intelligence and verbal abilities (expressive/receptive), such that increases in the PEAK curriculum may yield correlated increases in these overall levels of global functioning.
